As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly dynamic setting. Your organizational and communication skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries. You’ll work closely with the CEO to serve as primary contact.

Job Description

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO

  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO and company

  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed

  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments

  • Successfully manage critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach 

  • 5-10 hours per week

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

  • 2+ years of prior experience in a relevant industry

  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google, and social media products and platforms

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Hourly Wage: $14.00 - $19.00
